Well, the quoted text makes clear that it is not a scientific study, most of which do not contain phrases like: "yay:: sarcasm:: 'and' Up '.
ReplyDeleteThe soy proteins contain isoflavones, which mimic a weak estrogen effect. This is not the same estrogen produced in the body, if - 1000 times weaker than estrogen in the body. There are other plants that also contain estrogen.
There is no scientific evidence that soy helps to prevent or impede the progress of the treatment of cancer, including breast cancer, estrogen-positive, which is cited most frequently, although it doubts. There are also those in the field who argue that isoflavones to prevent breast cancer or may be useful for women with breast cancer.
Investigations are underway to determine whether increasing phyto oestrogens in the diet helps prevent breast cancer or prostate cancer, and found a study in 2002 that women had a higher level of product - soy in their diet, the lowest density of the breast tissue. Higher BreaSt. density is associated with an increased risk for breast cancer.
Women with the highest levels of isoflavones in their diet has been reported that the reduction of significant risk for cancer of the uterus.
Or evidence that leads an increased estrogen in men and testosterone decline and underdevelopment. There is a rumor, as far as I know, none of those who say this is the case so far produced a man so affected as evidence.
Look at the men who appear on these sites: all vegan, and a lot of soy is an important part of their diet. No signs of low testosterone here!

The balance of the evidence, I would say not to eat soy.
There is evidence that soy Links ISOLATED health effects, is not the natural forms of soybean or minimally processed.
ReplyDeleteFurthermore, soy isolates are used in many processed foods, and soy products generally do not like tofu, tempeh and soy milk.
